By submitting an order to Got the Invite? you, the customer, indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to the following:
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal payments. We also accept bank drafts or money orders, however work will not begin on your order until the bank draft or money order has been cleared our account, usually around 7 working days.
Deposits and Design (for Custom Wedding Stationary ONLY):
If your order requires an initial deposit, please note your deposit is non-refundable and is required before work begins. Once final approval of your digital proofs has been received, payment of the remaining balance for your order is required before invitations are sent to print. If an approval of final design is unable to be obtained for whatever reason, the customer is released from the remaining balance of the order and the $50 deposit is retained by Got the Invite?.
Once deposit has been paid, the first digital proofs will be available for review via email in a JPEG or PDF format within 3 working days. You will be required to review your digital proofs and agree via email that the project is ready to print, thereby releasing Got the Invite? from responsibility for any and all errors and color variance. We are not responsible for proofreading, which includes spelling mistakes. We may, however, make suggestions for correcting grammatical errors from your original order form. What you see on your final digital proofs that you have approved via email is what will be sent to print. If a mistake is made by Got the Invite? and differs from your final approved digital proofs, we will ensure timely correction of any and all errors.
If you require revisions to your original digital proofs, these revisions will be completed within 3 working days. Got the Invite? allows for two sets of revisions, and additional fees may be applied for each revision thereafter. Once a final approval has been obtained, and the remaining balance has been paid in full, your order will be mailed within 2-3 weeks. If Got the Invite? requires an extension to this time frame due to supply back orders, alternatives will be discussed to allow the option for completion within the original time frame of 2-3 weeks.
As with any handmade custom goods, variations may occur. These include but are not limited to variances in color, dimensions, and printing. Every effort is made to maintain consistency between digital proofs and our end product
Printing and Color:
We make every effort to ensure the closest colour match possible, however the customer understands that with digital proofing and printing, slight color variations may result. We suggest printing a sample page of your digital proofs before giving final approval. Once final approval has been received, changes cannot be made and the designer is released from issues arising due to color variance.
All shipments for invitations/stationary are via Canada Post Expedited Parcel at a flat rate of $17.50 to Canada and $22.50 to the U.S. unless otherwise stated.
We currently offer FREE shipping for all wedding accessories within Canada and the USA.
Custom Wedding Invitations and Stationary: As all stationary orders are custom, returns are not accepted unless the error is on our end. Final proofing is the responsibility of the customer.
Wedding Accessories: We are unable to accept damaged or defective items for return, but are happy to offer a credit or product replacement as part of our 100% Product Guarantee! Any product damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
All invitation/stationary designs on this website are the property of Got the Invite? and reprinting, duplicating, displaying or distributing without our written permission is strictly prohibited. The customer further understands that all products, designs, and custom design are the property of Got the Invite? and may be used by us at any time for further reproduction and/or other purposes.
