​​Where are you located?
We are an online-only company based just outside of Calgary, Alberta, however we ship* anywhere in the world! We offer complimentary in-person or telephone consultations as our schedules allows, and also have samples available for purchase our for viewing via a select group of Destination Wedding Specialists.  You can also visit our Wed Studio retail location in Calgary at 1611 14 St SW. What are your prices?
The Wedding Invitations suites that you see are offered in five different Package options, however we also offer the entire Suite which includes your Passport Invitation, Save The Date, Boarding Pass Reply Card and coordinating envelopes.  All pricing shown is in CDN funds.  Ask us for more details.

Can I order a sample?
Absolutely. Samples are generic and cannot be personalized. Your passport invitation SAMPLE includes the following: 1 - 8 page Passport Invitation (3.75x5.25") printed on textured metallic cardstock, 1 matching Save The Date and 1 matching Boarding Pass Reply Card. All of our sample invitations are sent in a Metallic Pearl Shine envelope. Click here to order your sample today!

Do you have a minimum order?
We do not currently have a minimum order requirement!

When should I order/send my invites out?
The design process for completion of your digital proofs is anywhere from 3 – 9 business days (dependent upon whether or not you use both sets of revisions). Your invitations will be shipped within 3 weeks following final approval of your digital proofs. Keeping this timeline in mind, be sure to budget enough time to include the digital proof process, production time and shipping.

What is your turnaround time?
Production time is 3 weeks from the time we receive your final approval. Please note, this does NOT include shipping time. You may receive your invitations sooner, but be sure to budget for the full 3 weeks.

Do you offer a Rush Service Option?
You bet! Our Rush Service Option is $75.00 and this service speeds up the time it takes to create your invitation suite and places your order at the front of the production line enabling us to ship your order within 7 business days of receipt of final payment. Our Rush Service does NOT include shipping. 

I require printed envelopes.  Do you offer this service?
Yes!  We have a variety of additional options available including printed envelopes, two-sided card printing of the Save The Dates and Boarding Pass Reply Card (for use as a postcard style) as well as coordinating mailing labels and Thank You Cards.​​  We also offer coordinating details / seating charts, place cards, menus, table signs, wedding programs, etc. Ask us for more details!

Do you offer your designs in other languages?
Yes! We can do just about any language so long as you provide the text. A Custom Design Fee of $50.00 for this service will be applied to the final balance of your order.


Do you ship to other countries?
Yes! Please contact us for a custom quote on International orders.

​What types of printing do you offer?
We currently offer Digital Flat Press Printing, however we can offer custom quotes on alternate methods of printing. Contact us for a Custom Printing Quote.

What kind of paper do you use?
To achieve the authentic passport feel, our standard paper is a 100 lb. texturized cover weight for your passport jacket, an 80 lb. linen text weight for your inside pages and a 100lb. super smooth cover weight for your boarding passes and save the dates. All papers, including your inside pages are a nice, sturdy weight.​​

Do your invitations include envelopes?

Our invitations do NOT include envelopes, however they are available for purchase.  Our standard envelopes are an elegant 80 lb. text weight with a box flap in a Pearl Metallic Shine. This particular color goes well with both white and ivory invitations. Our envelopes are available in a No. 10, A2 and A1.

What are the jacket color options available?
Our invitations are available in a wide variety of metallic colours. Colour swatches shown may be marginally lighter or darker than actual stock as each monitor shows colours slightly different. More color samples available upon request.

How many revisions do I get, and what is allowed for each set of revisions?
You are allowed two sets of revisions with your invitation order. Each set of revisions allows for basic changes such as revision of wording or correction of grammatical errors. All of our templates are custom designed with their own unique set of fonts, colours and graphics. These are not typically revised, however we will work with you until you are completely satisfied. If you have particular fonts that you would like included, please advise us PRIOR to completion of your first set of digital proofs. Once your final set of revisions has been completed, please note: any design changes from this final revision that were missed will be revised at no additional charge; however, please be advised that any additional design changes may be subject to an additional charge.

What are the font colours or options available?
We can print most font colours on both your passport cover and inside pages. White and Metallic fonts are NOT available in the texted passport jackets but can be special ordered in a matte finish passport jacket – additional charges may apply.

Do you offer custom designs?
Definitely! We love creating custom designs, so if you need more customization than just wording or ink color, we are more than happy to create a custom design for you at a one-time flat rate of $75.00. Please contact us for more information.

​Where should I send my photo?
If you've ordered an invitation with a photo, please e-mail your photo to info@gottheinvite.com with your order number and name in the subject line.

Do you take international currency?
All charges are in CDN dollars. International customers are responsible for credit card exchange rates, brokerage and delivery fees, and all tariffs and custom's charges.

Can I see my invitation before it prints?
Absolutely. You will receive a digital proof by e-mail within three business days after you place your order. Your final digital proofs must be approved before we will put your order into production. We also offer the option of mailing out a hard copy of your invitation prior to production. This is included in the cost of your invitations, but please be sure to indicate your requirement for a hard copy prior to final payment of your invoice.

What is a monogram, and can you custom design one for us?
A monogram can either be a single letter or three letters to represent a person or couple. If you have a custom monogram that you have designed we can certainly incorporate that, or we can create a custom designed wedding monogram for your wedding invitations.
